The “All site percentile” seen on the CGCAHPS scorecard provides a comparison against all practice locations for all health care organizations participating in the vendor’s benchmarking database (Press Ganey). In total, there are about 30,000 sites nation-wide that the CGCAHPS scores are benchmarked against.
In the example below, 98.2% of the 603 respondents gave a Top Box rating to the question (Yes definitely). This top box score (98.2) is higher than 85% of the practice locations in the database, so the group is at 85th percentile in the database.
