Cooper Congratulates MD Anderson Cancer Center on #1 Cancer Hospital Ranking

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is once again ranked the nation’s top hospital for cancer care by U.S. News & World Report’s annual “Best Hospitals” survey. Since the survey began in 1990, MD Anderson has been named one of the top two cancer hospitals, and it has ranked first 13 times in the last 16 years.

MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, which partnered with the world-renowned institution in October 2013, is one of seven clinically integrated partner institutions in the United States. As a partner, MD Anderson Cooper has access to the Houston institution’s world-renowned, evidence-based care guidelines, clinical trials, and leading-edge research.

“We congratulate our partner MD Anderson for being named number one cancer center once again by U.S. News & World Report. We, at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, are proud to bring the same high standards and top-rated cancer care to patients in the New Jersey region,” said Adrienne Kirby, President and CEO of Cooper University Health Care.
