Stress Management: “What’s Tried and What’s New” Workshop

All employees are invited to attend this workshop presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Stress impacts us emotionally, physically, and mentally. To minimize the impact, everyone needs to have a stress management plan in place. Make the conscious choice to combat stress! This workshop provides a refresher on several proven stress-reducing strategies and offers participants the opportunity to learn and experience some of the newer mind-body complementary methods on the horizon.
