Invitation: Advanced Cancer Education (ACE) Lecture

Please bring your lunch and join us for the first of MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper’s new, physician-led lecture series on Advanced Cancer Education (ACE).

Each month, an MD Anderson Cooper provider will discuss various aspects of cancer, including innovations in screening and treatment options, the role of genetic testing, and other informative topics to help familiarize Cooper employees with the complicated world of cancer care.

For the first lecture in the series Robert A. Somer, MD, Head of the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at MD Anderson Cooper, will provide an overview of cancer including how screening can help improve outcomes by detecting different types of cancer at their earliest, most treatable stages.
