Exclusive for Cooper Employees: Primary Care Open Scheduling

If you are a Cooper employee and have not seen a Cooper primary care provider in the last three years, you are considered a new patient and can make appointment in real time with a participating Cooper primary care provider. This is exclusive for Cooper employees.

Here’s how it works:

  • Select a participating Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider.
  • Choose your appointment time, fill in your information, and submit.
  • Wait for your confirmation call from Cooper. (We must confirm the appointment with you in advance, or we will have to cancel the appointment, so be sure your phone number is accurate.)
  • Come to your appointment at the date and time you picked!

Open Scheduling is for new Cooper patients only. You are considered a new patient if you have not had a visit with any Cooper primary care provider in the past three years. If you have an existing Cooper primary care provider, you may schedule appointments using myCooper.

Open Scheduling will soon become available to the public through the provider bio pages on the CooperHealth.org website.

If you have any questions about how Open Scheduling works, please call the Patient Access Center at 800.8.COOPER (800.826.6737).
