Phone System Call Menu Issues

The purpose of this notice is to inform you of an issue with the phone menu system.

DATE/TIME:  Issue reported on 4/19/2018 at 3:34pm

DESCRIPTION:  The Cisco Phone system experienced a failure on one of the multiple phone system servers. Call menus and users associated with the server locked up and were unable to accept the input options from the phone keypad. Direct dial numbers and non-call flow numbers were not affected

SOLUTION: The server was rebooted and users logged out and back into their call queues. The IT team is verifying that all call flows are back to normal. IT has opened a technical case with the service provider.
