Stress and Pain Management Using Acupressure – The Emotional Freedom Techniques

All employees are invited to attend this workshop presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The workshop will teach attendees how to use gentle, self-applied acupressure to calm stress and greatly reduce pain through a non-medication, mind-body method.
