Cooper Cares empowers you, Cooper employees, to request funding for items to help you provide exceptional care and improve the patient experience.
We have awarded 100 grants in recent years, and the funds need to be replenished. We want to support as many employee initiatives as possible!

Cooper Cares is making a difference. Here are some examples of what employees have requested and we have funded:
- Baby Boxes for families to provide a safe sleeping environment for their baby.
- iPads for speech pathologists to assist with nonverbal adult and pediatric patients.
- Supplies for the Labor and Delivery Bereavement Program to comfort families experiencing the loss of a newborn.
- Specialized car seats loaned to patients to ensure a safe discharge home.
- Educational books for cancer patients.
- Electronic charging stations in waiting areas for patients and families waiting for treatment.
- Blanket warmers to provide comfort before and after procedures.
Remember:
Giving is easy! Deduct any amount from your paycheck for a one-time or bi-weekly donation, write a check, or charge it. Your donation is 100 percent tax-deductible.
