Conference Call Lines to Be Deactivated June 30, 2019

In December 2018, Cooper invested in Cisco WebEx technology for audio and video conferencing and collaboration. This technology has now been installed in our new conference center and will be the standard platform for audio and video conference calling and collaboration.

Effective June 30, 2019, the older XO Communications conference lines (bridges) and internal Cisco ‘Conference Now’ numbers will be deactivated. All audio and video conferencing should be done using the new Cooper WebEx service.

If you have not done so, you need to upgrade to the new Cooper WebEx service.  Please refer to the attached email for enrollment instructions, or this link for training and Frequently Asked Questions.
