Epic Scheduled Production Pause

DATE: Wednesday, June 26, 2019, 10 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.

DESCRIPTION: In order to install identified fixes to our recent November 2018 version upgrade, plus updates for a change that must go in for July 1, 2019, the Epic Production environment will be paused for up to 15 minutes. All users in the system at that time will have their Hyperspace (Epic) session paused and should be returned to the same place at the conclusion of the pause. Due to the short nature of this pause, Epic Read-Only will not be enabled.

IMPACT: All Epic users on the system at the time will have their sessions paused during the install. In addition, interface traffic may be delayed during the pause, but will queue and should transmit at the conclusion. It may take up to 15 minutes after the pause is complete for the backlog of queued interface traffic to clear.

OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS: Upstream and downstream interfaced systems will experience delays in traffic during and immediately after the pause.
