CME: Innovations in the Field of Lung Cancer

After this course, attendees will be able to describe current approaches to lung cancer care, identify potential benefits and limitations of the screening and diagnostic tests and guidelines, and understand the role of the multidisciplinary team in the care of the lung cancer patient. The role of immunotherapy and other targeted therapies in cancer care will also be discussed.

The intended audience for this conference includes primary care physicians, pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, and radiation oncologists. Fellows, residents, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, genetics professionals, tumor registrars, and other allied health professionals with an educational need or interest in this topic may also attend.
