This is a last call for residents and stakeholders (including commuters) to complete a survey for the Newton Avenue Improvements Concept Development Study. The project goals are to upgrade utilities, road surface, streetscape, traffic signals, curb ramps, and sidewalks, as well as improve the traffic flow of this diagonal corridor and support the revitalization of the neighborhood along Newton Avenue (between Kaighns Avenue/4th Street and Pine/7th Streets).
