Schwartz Center Rounds Recap – Cultural Sensitivity

Thank you to those who served as facilitators and members of the panel at the November 20 Schwartz Center Rounds.

The Schwartz Center Rounds held on November 20 featured a lively panel and audience discussion on cultural diversity. The program touched on understanding racial, ethnic, religious, gender, and sexual orientation differences in the health care setting. Because of the broad nature of this topic and the important information shared, the December 18, 2019, Schwartz Center Rounds will be a continuation of this discussion, Cultural Diversity Part 2. Watch for more information.

The Schwartz Center Rounds are designed to bring doctors, nurses, and other caregivers together to discuss the social and emotional side of caring for patients and families.
