Reminder: Avoid Rejection! Cashier Voucher and Signature Policy Updated

Cooper University Health Care has recently updated our cashier voucher in accordance with a new signature policy – 2.501 Purchase Requisitions and Payment Voucher Approval – which replaces signature policy 5.100. You can find the new cashier voucher on the Pulse under Frequently Used Links.

Updates to the cashier voucher are effective immediately. Outdated versions of the cashier voucher are no longer valid and should not be used. Beginning January 1, 2020, any outdated vouchers submitted to Accounts Payable will be subject to rejection. Please remember to obtain the required signature for every dollar level threshold prior to submitting the cashier voucher. Any vouchers that are missing required signatures will be returned to the requestor.
