Heading Your Way! Medical and IT Equipment Inventory

An inventory and evaluation of all medical and IT equipment is being conducted Cooper-wide. As part of the process, representatives from BidMed, our inventory vendor, will be onsite. This inventory work has just begun and will continue for approximately four weeks.

BidMed’s onsite representatives have been instructed to introduce themselves before beginning work on equipment. After confirming the representatives are with BidMed, please help them by providing access to any medical or IT devices located throughout your area – including offices, desks, cabinets, store rooms, etc.

The inventory of equipment will include patient rooms. BidMed representatives have been trained in HIPAA, IP, and other applicable practices. If there are any patient rooms they should not access, please let them know.
