This weekend our phone system is being upgraded. You should expect little or no disruption to service during this time. However, you can expect several new features including a more reliable Jabber messaging and voice experience. Enhancements will also include support for new headsets such as the Cisco 500 Series. The upgrade is part of a larger communication strategy to update our messaging capabilities to a more collaborative experience.
During the upgrade, which will take place this Saturday, December 14 and Sunday, December 15, 2019, phones (desktop and wireless) will silently re-register themselves. Please be reassured calls will not drop and connected devices will remain online.
