There will be a scheduled downtime of the Barracuda Message Archiver. Please review the details below.

Date/Time: Friday, January 10, 2020, beginning at 4 p.m.

Duration: Up to 24 hours

Description: Maintenance will be performed on Cooper’s Barracuda Message Archiver system.

Impact: Archived email will be unavailable during the maintenance period. You will not be able to access archived emails through https://mailarchive.cooperhealth.edu or the Search Archive button in Outlook during this time. Your main Outlook mailbox will not be affected – inbound and outbound email will continue to work normally.
