Citrix Storefront Upgrade

Notice of a scheduled upgrade to Cooper’s Citrix Storefront environment – please review the details below and plan accordingly.

Date/Time: Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at 3 a.m.

Duration: One hour

Description: Overnight, starting at 3 a.m., the Citrix Storefront environment will be upgraded to the latest version. Access to https://citrix.cooperhealth.edu and https://remote.cooperhealth.edu will be intermittently affected as the upgrade takes place. If you already have an established connection to applications via Citrix, your connection will not be affected.

Upon completion, you will once again be able to access the Citrix environment via https://citrix.cooperhealth.edu for internal access and https://remote.cooperhealth.edu for remote access.

After the upgrade, the Citrix portal will look slightly different and you will be able to click directly on the application icon or name to launch the application or to view drop-down details/description of the application.

Impact: Users attempting to login and connect to https://citrix.cooperhealth.edu and https://remote.cooperhealth.edu at the exact time of the upgrade – 3 a.m. – may experience intermittent access limitations. If you already have established connections to applications via Citrix, your connection will not be affected.

Other Affected Systems: No additional systems will be affected by the downtime.
