As of January 1, 2021, the mileage rate for business transportation decreased from 57.5 cents per mile to 56 cents per mile.
The 2021 employee reimbursement form is available here and on the Pulse under Frequently Used Links. Use the 2020 reimbursement form here (click Save if form does not open) for any 2020 mileage you still need to submit. Please use the correct form to prevent delays in your reimbursement.
Direct deposit is the fastest way to get your mileage reimbursement funds. When you use direct deposit, you will receive a notice by email once your reimbursement is processed, and your funds will be in your account the next business day. To sign up for direct deposit, find the authorization form here.
