Extended! Cooper Referral Bonus Program

Help the Cooper family grow and earn extra cash.

Earn $2500 to $5000 by referring new employees:

  • $5,000 for a FT OR RN referral (Must have minimum one year OR experience.)
  • $5,000 for a FT Critical Care RN referral (Must have minimum two years critical care experience.)
  • $5,000 for FT Medical Surgical RN referral (Must have minimum two years inpatient acute care experience.)
  • $5,000 for FT Respiratory Therapist referral (Must have minimum two years respiratory therapy experience.)
  • $2,500 for PT OR RN referral (Must have minimum one year OR experience.)
  • $2,500 for PT Critical Care RN referral (Must have minimum two years critical care experience.)
  • $2,500 for PT Medical Surgical RN referral (Must have minimum two years inpatient acute care experience.)
  • $2,500 for PT Respiratory Therapist referral (Must have minimum two years respiratory therapy experience.)

The referral bonus payout structure is as follows:

  • First half after six months of service, second half after one year of service.

To qualify for a referral bonus:

  • Registrants must apply for jobs on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org only between November 11, 2020, and February 28, 2021.
  • The employee’s name must be listed on official application through the Cooper Career Portal.
  • One-year retention is required in order to be eligible for the bonus.
