Cooper’s Community Outreach Workers at Joseph’s House Service Fair

Dani Santiago, CHW Manager (L) and Brandy Williams, Community Outreach Worker (R) represented Cooper and Horizon’s Neighbors in Health program at Joseph’s House of Camden’s Service Fair on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Cooper’s Community Outreach team handed out bags packed with toiletries, masks, sunscreen, and activity books. Local service providers visited Joseph’s House guests and community members to offer resources and support. The Camden County Health Department mobile van was on site providing COVID-19 vaccinations and other health screenings. Cathedral Kitchen provided breakfast.
