Manager Compensation

The Manager Compensation is responsible for the strategy, development, compliance and administration of the Compensation programs.

  • Oversees the day to day activities of the Compensation department.
  • Oversees the daily activities of the Compensation department, including employee salaries, job evaluation, employee pay equity, salary survey participation, and new hire salary offers.
  • Oversees financial management, including development and management of multiple compensation operational budgets.
  • Supervises the implementation of programs, special projects, research studies and other divisional initiatives to identify best practices and process improvements in order to promote functional efficiency and productivity.

Sr. Compensation Analyst

The Sr. Compensation Analyst assists with planning & implementing the compensation programs, policies and procedures of the organization; provides technical support regarding compensation practices, innovations and legal parameters; and assures compliance with wage and hours laws.

Sr. HRIS Analyst – Lawson

This is a senior-level position within the HRIS structure. This position analyzes HRIS data, transactional processing flows, and improves data-related processes. The Sr. HRIS Analyist will:

  • Analyze HRIS data, transactional processing flows, and improve data-related processes.
  • Proactively audit and maintain all HRIS data and transactions, and is largely responsible for system data integrity.
  • Consider HRIS processing audit objectives and best practices, and incorporate such practices into daily transactions.
  • All HRIS transactions need to be analyzed and approved for processing by the Senior HRIS Data Operations Analyst.
  • Support other functional areas in the troubleshooting, research and resolution of any reported data or system errors, and proactively responds in designing a procedure to avoid/reduce future occurrences.
  • Work effectively with peers to establish and document transactional procedures, and reviews and revises them on a regular basis.
  • Serve as primary reporting responsibility for all HRIS related scheduled and ad hoc report requests through the use of HRIS tools, Crystal Reports, EXCEL and other tools as made available.
  • Support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, interfaces and serves as a backup to the Senior HRIS Applications Analyst on responsibilities.
