Sr. Applications Analyst – Radiant

Searching for an Applications Analyst that has the ability to troubleshoot issues, determine root cause and provide system solutions. They must analyze, diagnose, and implement process changes. They will work with cross functional teams and Cooper clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the application.


  • Epic Certification in Radiant
  • Solid knowledge of all Radiology systems including PACS.
  • 1 year of Epic Radiant IT experience or 3+ years of Clinical or Operational Hospital Radiology experience.
  • Must be able to obtain Epic Radiant certification within first 90 days.

Applications Analyst – Lawson


  • Coordinating the analysis and development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, and fixing system defects.
  • Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application within the Cooper Health System.
  • Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements process changes.

Build and Process related tasks

  • Ability to customize software to meet the needs of the users
  • Demonstrate basic requirements gathering skills and comprehension of end-user workflow
  • Demonstrate ability to implement and manage small to medium level projects
  • Must be able to analyze, diagnose, suggest and implement process changes
  • Must demonstrate basic skills with process improvement and project management
  • Accountable as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams
  • Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts, and technical support


  1. Develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications
  2. Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

Sr. Application Analyst – EPIC HIM

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, determine root cause and provide system solutions.
  • Ability to create and execute test scenarios.
  • Ability to answer questions from an Application analyst or mentor on specific tasks.
  • Maintains support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base entries.  Communicates all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all necessary internal department teams.


  • Minimum one year experience in IT HIM, 5+ years Health Information Management Operational experience environment, or pass HIM certification within the first 90 days.

Advisory Data Analytics Developer

  • Designs, tests, and implements reports and data extracts from EPIC software applications.
  • Handles development of data viewing objects such as SAP Crystal Reports, SAP Web Intelligence objects, and/or SAP Dashboard objects.
  • Develops Microsoft SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects.  Also develops SAP Web Intelligence, Dashboard, and Crystal based reports and other SAP Business Intelligence Platform objects.


  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Epic and SAP Crystal Reports, Data Modeling and Reporting.
