Join our growing Cooper Team! Cooper is currently hiring for a Cytogenetics Technologist. This is a full-time position located in our Cooper Health Sciences Campus in Camden, New Jersey.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing biological specimens from patients with hematological disorders and other malignancies for cell culture and performs subsequent microscopic analysis for cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic (FISH) studies independently with accuracy and efficiency.
A bachelor’s degree in biological, chemical and/or medical sciences from an accredited college or university or an equivalent to the above degree is required, as well as two to five years of work experience as a Certified Technologist in Cytogenetics (NCA or ASCP).
