This is a full-time opportunity that will coordinate receptionist and clerical responsibilities for office, as well as assigning, coordinating, and solving problems to assure smooth operation of the office. In this role, you will maintain inter-department communication for problem resolution with the Office Manager. You are responsible for assuring adherence to hospital/departmental policies with regard to safety, drug storage, and front desk operation.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as one year of experience in a physician’s practice as a receptionist and medical assistant preferred. You should be able to type at least 40 wpm, be computer literate, and have excellent telephone and communication skills.
