Our Cooper Team is growing- join us!

Cooper is now hiring a Director of Human Resource Information System to be responsible for the strategy, development, compliance and administration of HRIS programs. In this role, you’ll provide direction for system design, maintenance, reporting, analytics and project management for HRIS. This includes managing the entire suite of modules and having responsibility for integration and requirements to maximize value to the company (staffing, benefits, compensation, talent performance, and reporting and analytics).

The Director of HRIS will work with Cooper leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify gaps and needs of focus. You’ll provide consultation, expertise, and oversight for the existing HR system, and recommend and assist in implementing enhancements and procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS, with five years of leadership experience in health care preferred.
