Cooper is now hiring a Human Resource Information System Analyst to work full-time in our Camden location. This individual will be the primary liaison within and outside of HR for the processing of HRIS. In this role, you will report requests and development of reports using, but not limited to, Lawson HR Writer, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Add-ins and Microsoft Excel reporting tools. Additionally, you will process, develop and maintain ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports as a result of processing the request.
Our HRIS Analyst will proactively audit and maintain HRIS data and transactions, and is responsible for system data integrity, considering HRIS processing audit objectives and best practices, and incorporating such practices into daily transactions.
Qualified candidates will have a BA in HR, Business, Information Technology, or other relevant field. They will also have three to five years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience with report development and analysis, and one to three years of data management and/or transactional/processing experience.
