We’re currently hiring a Project Manager for Facilities Design and Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with design and management of assigned, in-house renovation and new construction projects or project management of hospital projects being designed by outside consultants.

You’ll join a cohesive team of five project managers overseeing all capital construction projects in our home of Camden, NJ. Your role will include obtaining governmental approvals, conducting competitive bidding, securing the acquisition of all furniture and equipment, construction administration, project scheduling, and budgeting.

Qualified applicants will have knowledge of the following governmental building requirements: interim construction life safety measures, DOH, ADA, ICRA, DCA, JCAHO, and OSHA. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or business, or equivalent to appropriate 4-year college program is required, as well as five or more years of continuous health care-related project management experience.
