New Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Specialist, OB/MFM

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will deliver and facilitate high quality perinatal and obstetrical patient care while improving patient outcomes by developing, implementing, and improving standards of practice for interdisciplinary care. Among your responsibilities will be consulting and collaborating with clinicians, nurses, and administration on individual patients with complex needs across the continuum of care, and reviewing care plans and outcomes daily to support complex patient care. You will also conduct independent assessment of patients and their current treatment plans, and collaborate on plan of care with physicians, nursing leadership, and clinical staff.

We are looking for qualified, experienced candidates who will be able to present planned and in situ nursing rounds on complex patient situations and mentor clinical RN staff to be present and to actively participate in nursing rounds and multidisciplinary rounds. You’ll collaborate with the Clinical Director, Medical Director, and Educator to enhance the knowledge base of nurses and the medical team.
