Our Cooper team is growing! Cooper Radiology offers services for the entire family – men, women, and children – and is home to board-certified radiologists, fellowship-trained subspecialists, and South Jersey’s only two board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric radiologists. When it comes to technology, our facilities are updated with the latest tools and equipment and deliver enhanced patient comfort and safety.

We have an opportunity available for a full-time CT Supervisor. This position requires flexibility and the ability and readiness to work beyond the normal hours. It also requires the ability to handle ambiguity in work plan definition and the ability to adapt to change.

In this role, you will project staffing needs, flex staff when needed to work within metrics; interview and assist with hiring the right employees to fill vacant positions; and resolve staffing issues. This role is also responsible for monitoring patient care and analyzing patient care patterns, initiating quality improvement procedures to enhance patient services; ensuring a safe, diagnostic/therapeutic environment. You will initiate patient placement to ensure the delivery of optimal patient care and arranges for continuity of care when warranted by patient condition, and supervise the provision of personalized, coordinated quality services, responsive to changing health care trends. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography & CT program; Associates degree preferred but not required. Additionally, three years of CT clinical experience, a current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support), current Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Radiographers) ARRT, and Board Certified in CT Imaging
