Referral and Sign On Bonus: Operating Room Educator

Join our Operating Room (OR) team as an OR Educator today through a referral and sign-on bonus program! We are offering $7000 for a new hire and $5000 for a referral. We pay in two installments: first payment at 90 days, and second payment at one year anniversary.

How to Qualify for This Bonus:

  • Registrants must apply on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org to req 55050 between Thursday, May 27, and Friday, August 27, 2021.
  • If referred, Cooper employee’s name must be listed on the official application through the Cooper Career Portal.
  • One year retention is required in order to be eligible for the bonus.

The Clinical Educator II position is a full-time opportunity with our Nursing Education team. A qualified candidate is a professional nurse who has advanced educational preparation and demonstrates a high degree of professional competence. You will be responsible for the coordination and evaluation of educational programs for the Department of Patient Care Services and functions as a leader and innovator in the  pursuit of improved nursing practice and quality patient care.
