Please be aware that direct marketing firms are aggressively targeting and soliciting our physicians for false awards programs.\u00a0 If you receive a sales call to purchase a plaque or other award or to be included in their Top Doctor listing for a fee, this is most likely a scam.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As you may know, many local and regional magazines publish various Top Doctors issues and Cooper physicians are always well represented. Cooper\u2019s Marketing Department provides an annual certificate to those physicians highlighted and the publication(s) in which they were featured.\u00a0 There is never a cost involved.\u00a0 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Below is a partial list of some of companies we are aware of that should<\/b><\/span> be avoided:<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>America\u2019s Best in Medicine<\/span><\/b> \u2013 offers\u00a0 award designations and listings for a participation fee<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
