{"id":18597,"date":"2021-04-29T13:29:27","date_gmt":"2021-04-29T13:29:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/ctd\/?p=18597"},"modified":"2021-05-07T14:09:09","modified_gmt":"2021-05-07T14:09:09","slug":"support-for-india-during-covid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/ctd\/2021\/04\/support-for-india-during-covid\/","title":{"rendered":"Support for India during COVID"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Many of you have heard about the pressing need for aid to India in the face of a devastating surge in COVID cases that are threatening or have already threatened an extremely vulnerable and large south Asian population.\u00a0 At Cooper, we have a number of providers who have families and friends from India and we would like to direct support for those interested in providing relief services.<\/p>\n<p>As we have done previously in the wake of national and international catastrophe, Cooper compiled a list of reliable organizations that already have infrastructure in place to focus relief efforts on the ground.\u00a0 By no means is this a completely comprehensive list, but we hope it provides a starting point for those interested in helping the Indian COVID relief effort.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Red Cross is always a safe option.
