Also included, is the disclosure education created by Cooper Legal and Risk Management.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remember&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The disclosures of unanticipated adverse clinical events to patients\/families is required by the state of NJ (Admin.
