Using research from Crucial Conversations and other communication models, this workshop is offered to improve relationships in any setting. <\/strong>A\u00a0\u201c<\/strong>crucial conversation\u201d is a discussion between two or more people where \u201cthe stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong.\u201d\u00a0 In other words, it\u2019s the kind of interaction clinicians have all the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
