Don\u2019t allow one person to do all the talking.\u00a0 Do not contradict in front of each other.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Respect the time constraints of the surveyor.\u00a0 Be prepared to hit the highlights.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ask the surveyor his\/her opinion or for suggestions.\u00a0 They have visited many organizations and have seen a lot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DO NOT PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTATION (Policies, Procedures, Guidelines etc) to surveyors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALL REQUESTS FOR DOCUMENTATION<\/strong> <strong>ARE TO BE SENT TO THE REGULATORY TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>June 5, 2017<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today we \u201cPinPoint\u201d: Interacting with Surveyors Are you ready for a Regulatory Survey?
