Providers will be now be able to order the blood products by volume. Unit ordering is still available in the order set when needed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To enable automatic calculation of volume dosing when products are ordered by volume, there will be a change in workflow as the \u201cTransfuse Order\u201d was created as a medication.
