Knowing Hands-Only CPR is more important than ever as the odds of cardiac arrests in a home setting are likely to increase while people continue to shelter in place during the pandemic. Did you know about 70 percent of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen in homes? If you are called on to give CPR in an emergency, you will most likely be trying to save the life of someone you love or know.<\/p>\n<p>Be the difference for your parent, spouse, partner, child, neighbor or friend. What if it were them? One day this week, June 1-7, take five minutes \u2026 just five minutes to become a <strong>\u201cCPR HERO.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 Access this link, scroll down to the video and take 90 seconds to watch a <a href=\"https:\/\/cpr.heart.org\/en\/training-programs\/cpr-and-aed-awareness\/cpr-and-aed-awareness-week\">Hands-Only CPR training video<\/a>.
