Cooper University Health Care now offers a user-friendly online tool<\/a> for patients to obtain cost estimates for 300 common health care services. This will make it easier for you to make more informed decisions about your family’s health care.<\/p>\n

This new tool allows you to enter your insurance information \u2013 or indicate if you do not have insurance \u2013 to obtain estimates for 300 services at Cooper, such as having a baby, getting a hip replacement, having a colonoscopy, or undergoing an MRI scan.<\/p>\n

The system takes into account copays, co-insurances, and deductibles to provide an out-of-pocket cost estimate so that you can avoid surprise bills associated with their care. Additionally, Cooper has a team of benefit analysts on hand to help answer your questions, explain costs, and offer payment plans, if needed.<\/p>\n

\u201cToo often, patients delay necessary medical care because of uncertainty about the costs,\u201d said Christopher Ault, Vice President, Revenue Cycle. \u201cCooper has worked hard to remove these barriers so patients can anticipate their out-of-pocket costs and receive the quality health care they need and deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n
