This year\u2019s theme,\u00a0<span class=\"ui-provider fy b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">\u201cLet\u2019s make breastfeeding and work, work,\u201d\u00a0<\/span>focuses on breastfeeding and employment \u2013 the impact of paid leave, workplace support, and emerging parenting norms on breastfeeding through the lens of parents themselves.<\/p>\n<p>The Cooper\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/waba.org.my\/warm-chain\/\">warm chain<\/a>\u00a0of support includes patients, staff, providers, and community resources through WBW 2023 objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inform\u00a0<\/strong>people about working parents\u2019 perspectives on breastfeeding and parenting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anchor<\/strong>\u00a0optimal paid leave and workplace support as important tools to enable breastfeeding.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Engage<\/strong>\u00a0with individuals and organizations to enhance collaboration and support for breastfeeding at work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Galvanize\u00a0<\/strong>action on improving working conditions and relevant support for breastfeeding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stop by our table outside the Cooper Court Cafeteria each day from noon to 2 p.m., beginning Tuesday,\u00a0August 1, through Monday, August 7, 2023, to enter to win breastfeeding supplies, including a BabyBuddha.<\/p>\n<p>For breastfeeding education and assistance, please contact our Lactation team at 856.342.3283.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) takes place annually from August 1 through August 7.
