This week, the Burlington County Times published an article about Cooper’s Planetree initiative to have members of Symphony in C perform in several of Cooper’s offices every Monday during the month of October. This is part of several activities offered for Patient & Family Centered Awareness Month.
Christine Messina-Boyer, Director, Patient & Family Centered Care said the musical entertainment this month has generated a lot of positive feedback from patients and staff.
“They’re local musicians. We’ve been fortunate to have them at Cooper,” she said. “I thought this would be wonderful for the staff, our patients and visitors, who often have to wait. It’s calming and soothing to have music.”
