This week CBS3 featured a story about a program impacting the life of Liz McCormick, a 54-year-old grandmother without health insurance who is a diabetic patient.
Sherri Jenkins, RN, BSN, Community Health Educator for Cooper’s South Jersey Cardiovascular, Peripheral Vascular and Osteoporosis Screening Program (SJPOSP) was interviewed about the impact this Salem County-based, free screening program is having on the community. SJPOSP is funded by a grant from the Salem Health and Wellness Foundation.
