On Saturday, October 23, 2010, 75 motorcyclists joined the Chrome Riders Motorcycle Organization for the 16th Annual “Toy Run” for pediatric patients at Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper. Each rider brought with them a new, unwrapped gift for a child at Cooper.

Golfers gathered at Woodcrest Country Club on Monday, June 14, 2010 for the 18th Annual Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championship Golf Tournament, benefiting the Children's Regional Hospital at Cooper. Over the 18-year history of the tournament more than $2 million has been raised to help aid Cooper’s pediatric patients.
75 members of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club recently rumbled into the Cooper entrance circle. The Blue Knights, on their annual toy run, presented Child Life with $500 to enhance the lives of our hospitalized pediatrics patients. This was in addition to the wealth of toys and games which the bikers brought.
On Saturday, June 12, 2010, Brenna Welsh, a state finalist competing for the title of Miss New Jersey visited patients at the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper. Brenna is part of the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD). She has been traveling to area hospitals trying to raise awareness so medical facilities like Cooper continue to educate their patient’s and staff on rare disorders and treatment options.
Caffe Aldo Lamberti in Cherry Hill recently held a fundraiser benefiting The Children's Regional Hospital at Cooper.
They raised $2,000 by selling more than 450 raffle tickets for prizes including a gingerbread house made by the restaurant's chef and staff as well as a Balthazar-sized Italian Wine Bottle.
On Monday, August 17, 2009, The Ferrara Law Firm donated two Nintendo Wii game systems to the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper University Hospital. This was sponsored by a consumer safety community organization called InjuryBoard. InjuryBoard consists of 53 law firms from 25 states that banded together to donate more than 60 Nintendo Wii gaming systems over the summer. The gaming systems went to rehabilitation centers, nursing homes and hospitals across the U.S. The goal was to inspire attorneys to give back to their community.
