Although the pandemic prohibited us from having an in-person seminar this year, we were able to use online technology to continue this important annual program.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cooperhealth.org\/doctors\/philip-fizur-psyd\">Philip J. Fizur, PsyD<\/a>, clinical health psychologist, and Kennedy Wong, MA, behavioral medicine fellow, presented a program on coping with fear and anxiety, especially during the pandemic. The interview was conducted by retired NBC 10 news anchor Terry Ruggles, a member of the congregation and the event organizer.<\/p>\n<p>Even though in-person educational events are paused right now, Cooper continues to offer a variety of free online health lectures and classes.
