Dr. Schweitzer is a family physician who provides comprehensive care in a judgment-free atmosphere. As Medical Director for LGBTQ+ Health and Primary Care, his top priority is promoting a healthy lifestyle among his patients and their families, and to increase access of care to LGBTQ+ identifying patients in southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia region.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPatient access to safe, inclusive, and compassionate care is a priority for myself and Cooper. It is exciting to be part of the Cooper team and to let our local LGBTQ+ community know that we are here to provide services, education, and support when they need it, where they need it.\u00a0 As a primary care doctor addressing gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and non-binary patient needs and concerns for several years, I am happy to continue to provide care for these patients as part of the Cooper team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In his free time, Dr. Schweitzer enjoys spending time with his husband and rescued dog as well as traveling, shopping at the local Farmer&#8217;s Market, and practicing yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper patients are able to access services including PrEP for HIV prevention, STD testing, sexual health counseling, and hormone therapy.
