This designation is independent validation of Cooper\u2019s commitment to providing the most advanced cardiac and vascular care with the best outcomes in South Jersey,\u201d said Kevin M. O\u2019Dowd, JD, co-CEO of Cooper University Health Care.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe recognition of Cooper as an Aetna Institute of Quality\u00ae Cardiac Care Facility is the direct result of the efforts of our dedicated clinical and support team,\u201d said Anthony J.
