Reporting to Carolyn E. Bekes, MD,\u00a0Chief Medical Officer. \u00a0Dr. Kupersmith\u2019s\u00a0responsibilities include hospital\u00a0through put and quality, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of\u00a0services to patients.<\/p>\n

Dr. Kupersmith will focus on safe\u00a0and timely care transitions, as well as\u00a0supporting efforts to meet and exceed\u00a0regulatory requirements of The Joint\u00a0Commission. To achieve these goals, Dr. Kupersmith\u00a0will work with Cooper University Physicians\u00a0and Cooper University Hospital to align and\u00a0integrate clinical and operational efforts.
