John Pryor, MD, a Philadelphia Trauma Surgeon and John Chovanes, DO, a Cooper Trauma Surgeon, both went on to serve in the military and a very close friendship was formed. Unfortunately, Dr. Pryor died in Iraq in 2008 while serving his country.
