Sheridan, Jr., Cooper\u2019s President and Chief Executive Officer. \u201cHer strong leadership, hard work, and keen insights were instrumental during this time of tremendous growth and transition. I\u2019m confident that she will continue to excel in her new position.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer, Dianne will be responsible for the direction of inpatient and outpatient hospital nursing as well as a variety of ancillary programs and services.<\/p>\n<p>Dianne earned her BSN at Wilkes College in Wilkes Barre, P.A. She completed her MSN at the University of Pennsylvania, where she specialized in perinatal nursing. In 1992, she earned her Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner post graduate degree in neonatal nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p>Dianne has worked in a variety of clinical settings including pediatric and neonatal intensive care units, pediatrics, well nursery, women\u2019s health and obstetrics. Prior to becoming Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Cooper, she had been a MCH clinical nurse specialist, a neonatal nurse practitioner, a nurse practitioner manager, and director of neonatal services.<\/p>\n<p>Dianne has also demonstrated leadership in nursing at a national level.
