The land transaction with\u00a0CareOne was recently completed, and\u00a0design work on the building is moving\u00a0ahead at full speed, with input from the\u00a0staff of the CCI. The building will be four\u00a0stories, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1st Floor<\/strong> \u2013 Lobby and reception, Radiation\u00a0Oncology, including two linear accelerators, high dose radiation, PET\/CT, and\u00a0space for future MRI expansion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd Floor<\/strong> \u2013 Multi-disciplinary CareCenter (multiple exam room pods), patient financial services,academic space<\/li>\n<li><strong>3rd Floor <\/strong>\u2013 Infusion, Pharmacy,Lab, Cancer Administration, Research.<\/li>\n<li><strong>4th Floor<\/strong> \u2013 Shelled for future cancer\u00a0care needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Camden building will cost\u00a0$71.7M in total, including all equipment. An additional $8.3M of\u00a0equipment replacements\/additions in\u00a0Voorhees are also planned, including\u00a0the addition of a second linear accelerator and the permanent move indoors of the\u00a0PET\/CT from the outdoor trailer.
